A Collective Voice for
Independent Internet Providers

IISPAT exists to strengthen, safeguard, and professionally represent independent Internet Service Providers, enabling long-term stability, cooperation, and sustainable growth.

Why IISPAT Was Formed

The broadband ecosystem in Tamil Nadu is evolving rapidly. Independent ISPs operate at the last mile, investing locally and maintaining networks street by street, often with limited collective representation.

Increasing market concentration, uneven negotiations, and regulatory complexity make it difficult for individual operators to engage on equal footing.

IISPAT brings structure, scale, and unity — allowing independent ISPs to collaborate rather than compete in ways that weaken the ecosystem.
